This article works as a base for me to work from. The article takes me through the history and the legislation that was passed to ensure equal rights which is something that the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People works so hard for. The author of this source is Frank Brown from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He eventually became the dean of UNC-Chapel Hill and is extremely qualified to produce such a source.
